  Edit: the cert appears after several minutes of completion as a button under My Courses
  If you choose Spanish as the quiz language, 12 questions appear, not 11 like under the English test. Use google translate. I am still not able to download the cert despite completing 100% of the course though.

  I re-took the test but I got the same grade. I got a 7/12 and I don't have a certificate.

  The course was okay, some good information, a lot of bugs throughout the videos but for a free course I can't ask for much more. For those who are looking for the certificate, you can find it once you finish the full course on top right between your Username and the Notification bell there is the button for 'My Courses' and there you will find the Certification download button.
