  Possibly the worse structured course I have ever attempted. An organisation of the standing of the IHO should frankly be ashamed to have put something of this quality out under its name. Half of the english language exam is in Spanish. Even the way the course is structured with lessons broken up into less than a minute long videos is ridiculous. I would strongly advise anyone reading this not to even attempt the course, though saying that it is so obviously and immediately apparent that it is of abysmal quality that you are unlikely to waste much time on it. If anyone from the IHO reads these reviews I'd invite you to attempt the course yourself and see if this is how you would like the organisation to be represented.
